Vorderman Motor Werks opened up shop 1990, specializing in European vehicles. It was Reg Vorderman and a small, select group of specialized technicians. While we have grown immensely over the last several decades, we still have the same reputation, and lots of the same customers who trust us to take great care of their vehicles. While we have grown to work on all makes and models, majority of the customer vehicles we work on are Audi, Mercedes Benz, & Porsche, as well as BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo. Our Volkswagen franchise handles the VW service, except for any air-cooled engines which we take care of.

We have a very clean and organized shop. The shop is air conditioned, heated with our waste oil, and well-lit. We use mainly Rotary brand lifts, and depending on the applicant/years of experience, you will likely have two of your own lifts side by side with a work bench & cabinet. Our average employee tenure is roughly 10 years, with some of our VW technicians’ tenure over 20 years because we treat each other like family. We work hard and we make great money as long as you’re efficient, know what you’re doing, and have a positive attitude.

For those with legitimate experience, we’d be happy to let you hang out for a few hours in the shop to observe.

*This role does require you to own your own tools and box.*

*Nothing with pay rates are set in stone. We generally pay our technicians based off of flat rate hours and offer an hourly bonus program based on how many hours in a week (flat rate) you acheive.*
